Social Enterprises: Using Your Creativity and Sensitivity

Katri-Liis Lepik is Associate Professor of Management at Tallinn University, Estonia and Visiting Fellow at Northumbria University, UK. She is a lecturer and council member in a unique Master’s programme of Social Entrepreneurship in Estonia and a mentor in the Social Entrepreneurship Incubation Program. She is a board member of The Skill Mill Limited – an award-winning Social Enterprise dedicated to the employment of young ex-offenders by providing environmental maintenance services since 2013. She has co-founded E-dible a Social Enterprise which tackles food waste in innovative and creative ways.  She is a national rapporteur for the European Commission’s report on Mapping of Social Enterprises and their eco-system in Estonia.

Audrone Urmanaviciene  is a lecturer of social entrepreneurship at Tallinn University. She has PhD in Management Science. Audrone’s researching interests are social enterprise, social impact and social impact assessment. She is a member of EMES – an international research network for social enterprises. She is also the Communication Manager in COST network project “Multi-disciplinary innovation for social change”. Audrone participates in COST network COST action “Empower-SE” 16206.
